We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans while identifying training opportunities to grow the team.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper stock levels.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
