We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing day-to-day store activities, developing operational plans, supervising the team, and ensuring the store's overall performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to improve operating results and performance.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Supervise inventory, achieve payroll budgets, and oversee operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
