Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with managing store activities, overseeing overall store performance, creating operational action plans, and identifying training opportunities to develop the team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our store.

- Starting Wage: $24.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback to the leadership team.
- Ensure operational compliance and customer service excellence.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Prior retail management experience preferred.
