We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, and leading a team to success. This is a full-time position with an average of 38 hours per week at a starting wage of $24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Ensure adherence to company values and foster teamwork among employees.
• Provide product feedback and assist in the store's inventory management.
• Execute operational tasks and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Supervise team operations and escalate issues as needed.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Knowledge of retail operations and management principles.
• Experience in cash handling and equipment operation.
• High school diploma preferred with 3 years of retail experience.
