Assistant Retail Management

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a team to provide exceptional customer service. The position is full-time, with an average of 38 hours per week and a starting wage of $24.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team
• Identify training opportunities for team development
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Supervise day-to-day operations and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Experience in retail environment and preferably in a management role
• Ability to lead a team, provide excellent customer service, and interpret company policies
• Good verbal and written communication skills
