Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, and developing operational action plans. You will also be responsible for supervising the team, identifying training opportunities, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
  • Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for the team.
  • Identify training opportunities for team members.

  • Maintain inventory procedures and cash control policies.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, proper stock levels, and quality of products.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in a retail environment.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
