Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
• Provide leadership to the team by setting performance expectations and facilitating training opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Monitor inventory, product quality, and store cleanliness standards.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
