We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with managing store activities, improving operational results, and leading a team to provide exceptional customer service. As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining store standards, optimizing sales, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and suggest adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer service.

Requirements:

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
