Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Retail Manager at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, developing operational plans, and identifying training opportunities to support the growth of the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to operational procedures.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of products for sale.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
