Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing store operations, leading a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
