Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will support store management by supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring operational performance, managing schedules, and identifying training opportunities for team development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans for improved operational results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and suggest adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
• Provide product feedback and recommendations to enhance product offerings.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness standards, proper product displays, and optimal stock levels.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail environments, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Ability to operate equipment, manage budgets, and interpret company policies.
