Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join the team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing store operations, managing schedules, and implementing action plans to drive performance and development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance and growth.
• Ensure adherence to company strategy and core values to foster teamwork.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide product feedback.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, resolve customer concerns, and maintain store standards.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Prior experience in retail management preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
