Join our team at Aldi as an Assistant Retail Supervisor and take on key store management responsibilities. As part of your role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans. You will also identify training opportunities to develop and grow the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide product feedback.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Comply with company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior management experience preferred.
