We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves assisting with day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, developing operational plans, and supervising the team to ensure exceptional performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify and address training opportunities for team development.
• Maintain store cleanliness and product presentation standards.
• Supervise team operations and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
