Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will work closely with the store manager to oversee daily operations, manage schedules, develop action plans, and train and support the team for the store's success. Your responsibilities will include monitoring inventory, ensuring product quality, maximizing sales, and providing excellent customer service.

Full-Time, 38 hours per week

Starting Wage

$25.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans for operational improvement.
• Supervise team members and provide training opportunities.
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper product placement.
• Monitor inventory levels and product quality.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma preferred, with at least 3 years of retail experience. Prior management experience is a plus.
