Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As part of the management team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing store operations, leading a team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This full-time position includes managing schedules, developing action plans, and identifying training opportunities to foster team growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Provide clear job responsibilities and expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and suggest adjustments.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and address customer concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and proper stock levels.
• Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
