Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with managing store activities, ensuring operational excellence, and developing the team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing customer service, maintaining inventory, and creating a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Supervise daily operations and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of retail policies and procedures.
• Prior retail experience preferred, with management experience a plus.
