Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Retail Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing store operations, supervising the team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 38 hours per week with a starting wage of $24.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and uphold inventory procedures.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
