Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Assistant Retail Supervisor at Aldi. Join our team and take on key store management responsibilities, including supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans. You will also be responsible for identifying training opportunities to help grow and develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide product feedback.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure the highest level of customer service.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide prompt customer service.
• Prior retail experience with management experience preferred.
