Responsibilities
- Shape and communicate insights-driven recommendations for business decisions.
- Apply advanced analytics to generate novel insights using methodologies such as predictive analytics and machine learning.
- Implement analytical solutions to assess business opportunities, promotion response, and ROI.
- Collaborate within a matrix team to share market insights and enhance collaborative insights sharing.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in strategic analysis, planning, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data sources and common analytical tools.
- Proven ability to influence senior management and key business partners.

- Competitive compensation package - base pay range $152,000-$228,000.
