Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation to lead the data and analytics platforms within the Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO) department. This position involves overseeing personnel, processes, and technologies to drive innovation and optimize the clinical data platforms. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, manage cross-functional relationships, and contribute to the growth of the department.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic objectives for the clinical data platform(s).
- Optimize Jazz's use of the platforms and implement change management strategies.
- Lead and mentor the Clinical Data Innovation team.
- Establish strong cross-functional relationships and strategic vendor management.
- Stay current with technology advancements in clinical trials.
- Collaborate with IT partners and external vendors to support platform development.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of clinical trial study design and drug development.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools and CDASH standards.
- Proficiency in clinical data collection systems and regulatory standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and cross-functional teamwork.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Biology, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of clinical trial experience with 3 years in leadership roles.
Compensation
Jazz Pharmaceuticals offers competitive compensation packages with a range of $152,000-$228,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include annual bonuses, equity grants, medical insurance, retirement savings plans, and flexible vacation options.
