Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison (Remote)

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison to join our team. This strategic leadership role involves collaborating with medical and commercial leaders to manage and inspire a team of MSLs focusing on Hematology-Oncology. The ideal candidate will guide MSLs in cultivating thought leaders in the field, support the development of scientific acumen, and ensure field-based medical support aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to MSLs in developing thought leaders in academic and clinical medicine.
• Lead, manage, and coach MSLs to support high performance and align with strategic direction.
• Ensure clear territory engagement plans are maintained and clinical insights are collected and reported.
• Work closely with the Medical Leadership Team to define team priorities and foster a collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• MD, PharmD, PhD degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, preferably in Oncology.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Must be willing to travel up to 60%.
