Job Description

Lariat Lodge Brewing Company is seeking a dedicated Brewer to join our team at both our Evergreen and Littleton, Colorado locations. As a key member of our small brewing team, you will be involved in all aspects of production, from idea conception to packaging and serving on our brewing systems of varying capacities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a commercial brewer or in the beer industry.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the brewing industry, including standing for long periods, working in various environments, lifting heavy loads, and operating machinery.
• Efficient time management, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Customer relations skills for events, daily interactions, and representing the company.
• Proficiency in brewing processes, equipment operation, and maintenance.
• Experience with canning and draft line maintenance.
• Attention to detail and reliability for working across locations.

Additional Details

• Hourly compensation based on experience level.
• Overtime may be required.
• No relocation funds available for out-of-state applicants.
