Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a caring and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Charter Senior Living of Gallatin. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to our residents while upholding our core values and ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Charter Senior Living Mission and Core Values.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including medication reminders, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily care activities according to protocol.
• Ensure resident safety, dignity, and independence.
• Participate in training sessions and staff meetings.

Requirements

• Willingness to work with the elderly population.
• Effective communication skills and empathy.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Capability to work calmly and professionally under pressure.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
• Experience with elderly and memory-impaired adults preferred.
