Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Cashier/Stocker (Part-Time) and play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. As a Cashier, you will process purchases, provide exceptional customer service, and uphold cash policies. As a Stocker, you will ensure shelves are stocked, rotate products for freshness, and operate machinery safely. Both roles require working collaboratively with team members, maintaining store cleanliness, and following company policies.

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchases and stock shelves.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Stocker Responsibilities:

  • Stock shelves and rotate products for freshness.
  • Follow merchandising planograms and operate machinery safely.
  • Organize new inventory and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Effective time management and knowledge of products/services.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus.
