Salary: $50,180 - $68,800 annually (Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour)

You will be responsible for exceeding fitness financial targets by building and developing a high-performing team, delivering quality training sessions, and acquiring new personal training clients. Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team adhering to VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Facilitate personalized training sessions to meet client needs.
• Create a friendly and inclusive training environment.
• Maintain client satisfaction and deliver value in personal training services.
• Support and encourage team member growth and development.
• Attract new clients through community engagement.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation and sales methods.

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal training or fitness leadership roles.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
