Salary: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention.
• Facilitate personalized programming for each client's needs.
• Create an inclusive and energetic training environment.
• Ensure personal trainers deliver exceptional value and service.
• Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through member relationships.
• Coach trainers on consultations and sales targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal training or fitness management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven track record in sales and client acquisition.
• Certification in personal training or related field.
• Passion for health, fitness, and delivering exceptional customer service.
