Compensation: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Drive acquisition of new personal training clients and enhance client retention.
- Create a welcoming and engaging environment in the Personal Training Cage.
- Coach personal trainers on consultation techniques and sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in personal training or fitness leadership.
- Strong coaching and team development skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Sales-driven with a focus on client satisfaction and results.
