Job Description

We are looking for a Certified Personal Training Lead to join VASA Fitness and lead our personal training team. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for driving the personal training business at the club, ensuring high-quality training sessions, and exceeding fitness financial targets. Your role will involve building and developing a high-performing team to help members achieve their fitness goals and deliver a world-class experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a high-performing personal training team aligned with VASA's core values.
  • Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing clients.
  • Deliver personalized programming to meet the needs of each client, following VASA's Care & Connect concepts.
  • Create a welcoming environment within the Personal Training Cage to engage with members, clients, and guests.
  • Ensure retention of personal training clients by providing exceptional value and support.
  • Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and their clients, encouraging growth and development.
  • Attract new clients by building personal relationships with VASA members.
  • Coach personal trainers on consultations and recommend suitable training packages based on client goals.
  • Work with personal trainers to achieve monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals for the personal training team.

Requirements

  • Certified personal trainer with experience in leading a team.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and retaining personal training clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fitness and helping others reach their fitness goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
