We are looking for a highly motivated Certified Personal Training Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As a Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for managing and developing a top-performing team of personal trainers to help our members achieve their fitness goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention.
• Create an approachable and inclusive environment within the Personal Training Cage.
• Retain clients by ensuring top value and quality in personal training services.
• Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients by building personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation and sales techniques.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.

Requirements

• Certification in personal training.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record in sales and client acquisition.
