Job Description

We are hiring a Neurology Charge Nurse (RN) to join our team at Tenet-Alabama in Homewood, Alabama. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff and operations, ensuring adequate resources for patient care, and providing direct nursing services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight of nursing staff and operations in the assigned area.
  • Ensure availability of staffing, supplies, and equipment.
  • Assist in delivering direct nursing care to patients.

Requirements

  • Educational Requirement: Graduate of an accredited nursing school. Preferably, possesses a bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience in the neurology specialty area.
  • Certification: Current license, certification, or registration as required by state law or regulations; CPR certification.
