Position
We are looking for Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in New Castle County, DE. The roles involve day or night shifts, one weekend per month, and 2 holidays annually.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care and treatment in the community.
- Execute patient-centered care plans in line with available resources.
- Contribute to discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- HSD or GED qualification.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Compensation
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour. Expectation of 20-40 weekly hours.
