We are holding an in-person Nursing Hiring Event at ChristianaCare for experienced HomeHealth Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) interested in joining our team. Positions Available:

We are looking for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support New Castle County, DE. Candidates will work day or night shifts, one weekend a month, and 2 holidays a year.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
• Implement patient-centered care plans and participate in discharge planning.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Job Types:

Per diem, Part-time, Full-time

Pay:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour, Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
