Job Description

We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Shift Leader at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will play a pivotal role in directing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to company standards in all operational aspects, from product preparation to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate operational excellence by consistently delivering high-quality products that meet Cicis standards and exceed customer expectations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, gather feedback, and use it to enhance operational performance and foster brand loyalty.
• Supervise and train restaurant staff, ensure appropriate staffing levels, maintain uniform and appearance standards, and coach team members for improved performance.
• Drive sales through exceptional guest service, product training for team members, and effective utilization of the POS system.
• Manage inventory levels, execute cash management tasks, and uphold cleanliness, safety, and security standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team independently during shifts.
• Bilingual skills in certain markets may be advantageous.
• Comfortable with operating phones and computers.
• Non-exempt, hourly position, subject to a background check.
