We are looking for a talented Cicis Shift Leader to join our team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the shift operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to company standards across all operational areas. Your role will involve product preparation, customer relations, quality control, training team members, and contributing to sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional operational skills in product preparation and service.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, improving operations based on feedback.
• Supervise and train restaurant team members, maintaining service levels and appearance standards.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through excellent guest service and effective use of systems.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the capacity to lead a team independently.
• Bilingual fluency in certain markets is advantageous.
