Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Shift Leader to join the team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that company standards are met in all areas, from customer service to product quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the restaurant team during shifts, ensuring optimal staffing levels and providing training to exceed guest expectations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns, soliciting feedback to improve operations and enhance brand loyalty.
• Contribute to sales goals through friendly customer service and team member training.
• Manage inventory levels, cash handling, and ensure compliance with safety and security standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
