Construction Cost Project Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Construction Cost Project Analyst to join our National Real Estate Services team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction costs on a national level and collaborating with divisional teams to evaluate construction bids. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, architecture, or engineering, ensuring that project costs align with scope and regional trends.

Responsibilities

• Work with Construction Managers to develop negotiation points with contractors.
• Collaborate with divisional teams to determine appropriate scopes and pricing structures.
• Provide current pricing data and reports to ensure projects are awarded competitively.
• Analyze bids, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure alignment with historical data.
• Research alternative materials and methods for economical construction practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Construction Estimating.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction cost estimation tools.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
