We are looking for a Construction Cost Project Analyst to join our National Real Estate Services team at ALDI. As we strive to become one of the top U.S. grocery retailers, this role plays a crucial part in managing construction costs on a national scale. The ideal candidate will collaborate with divisional teams, analyze construction bids, and ensure cost alignment with project scopes and regional trends. Responsibilities

• Work with Construction Managers to negotiate with contractors.
• Provide pricing data and analyses to divisional real estate teams.
• Prepare bid evaluations and reports for project awarding.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative construction practices.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance construction cost control processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Estimating.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction cost estimation tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
