Job Description

We are hiring a Cook to join our team at Holiday Inn and Suites Gateway. As a Cook, you will work alongside the Chef, preparing meals, checking ingredient freshness, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness. You will be responsible for maintaining food quality, portion control, and inventories when the Chef is not on duty.

Responsibilities

• Prep meals and assist with food preparation under Chef's guidance.
• Maintain high food quality and service standards.
• Ensure kitchen security and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Chef and Food and Beverage Manager to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; 3+ years of hotel operations experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and occasionally stressful environment.
