Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service, effective merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
  • Assist customers with their shopping
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays
  • Provide feedback on products and inventory
  • Participate in store inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Operate a cash register efficiently
  • Work independently and within a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience preferred
