Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service. Your duties will include processing customer purchases, stocking shelves, providing assistance to customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
