Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
