Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the Aldi team to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean and organized store displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and working closely with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product quality and store issues.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and follow company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting products.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer assistance.
• Experience in retail operations and operating equipment like cash registers and floor scrubbers is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
