Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and follow established company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
