Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and assist with general cleaning duties.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
  • Follow company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
