Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a member of our store staff, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandise displays, and ensuring the store's overall cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the customer shopping experience by assisting customers and providing exceptional service.
  • Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring neat displays and inventory accuracy.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
