Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As part of the team, you will collaborate with colleagues and management to uphold company standards and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties, maintain neat merchandise displays, and stock shelves efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and ensure store security.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior retail experience is a plus.
