Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
  • Assist customers with shopping needs and provide outstanding customer service
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
  • Follow company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
  • Capability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
