Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, and maintaining a clean store environment. As part of the Aldi team, you will collaborate with team members and management to uphold company standards and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products, inventory losses, and scanning errors.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
