Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $15.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, maintain displays, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, perform general cleaning duties, and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
